4.2.5 试样最终表面应符合GB/T 2481.1规定的粒度不粗于F120的水砂纸进行研磨。

【7】GB/T 17899-2023 金属和合金的腐蚀 不锈钢在氯化钠溶液中点蚀电位的动电位测量方法
试样的制备:试样的最终研磨可以是干磨或湿磨。在测试前,建议用600目(粒度10μm~14μm)的砂纸研磨试样。
【旧版本标准GB/T 17899-1999 不锈钢点蚀电位测量方法中,试验面用符合GB/T 2481.1规定粒度的砂纸按顺序进行研磨,一直磨到粒度为W20的砂纸。研磨时要注意避免试样发热。
在测试前,用符合GB/T 2481.1规定的粒度为W28号的砂纸对试验面进行仔细打磨】

6.4 All surfaces of the specimen, including edges, should be finished using wet No.80-grit or dry No.120-grit abrasive paper. If dry abrasive paper is used, polish slowly to avoid overheading. Sand blasting should not be used.

  • A法拉伸试样,对所有材料,试验段的表面粗糙度Ra应不高于GB/T 1031规定的0.25μm。
  • B法三点弯曲试验,试样最后的表面粗糙度Ra应不高于GB/T 1031规定的0.8μm。
  • C法C环试验,试样加工后试样主表面的粗糙度Ra应不高于GB/T 1031规定的0.8μm。
  • D法DCB试验,试样最后的表面粗糙度Ra应不高于GB/T 1031规定的0.8μm。
  • E法四点弯曲试验,试样最后的表面粗糙度Ra应不高于GB/T 1031规定的0.8μm。

6.2.4试样的氧化侧应机械研磨和抛光,获得可重现的光滑表面;充氢侧可用类似的方法处理,经供需双方协商,也可使用其他状态的表面。[注:在试样情况下,可用电化学抛光处理试样。]
【11】ASTM G148-97(R2011)Standard Practice for evaluation of hydrogen uptake, permeation, and transpaort in metals by an electrochemical technique
7.2.7 The oxidation side of the specimen shall be mechanically polished to a repetable finish. A 600 grit surface finish is recommended. The charging side may be similarly treated or used in condition similar to the service condition being modeled. Electropolishing of specimens may also be employed in aprrpopriate cases where surface machining is difficult and may produce excessive cold working damage. However, electropolishing may induce hydrogen into the metal and may require the use of a low temperature heat treatment ro reducen the amount of hydrogen in the metal prior to testing.

6.2.5 The oxidation side of the sample shall be mechanically ground or polished to a repeateble finish. The charging side may be similarly treated or used as for an intended service application. NOTE-Electropolishing of samples may also be employed in appropriate cases.
